Watercolor, pen and ink on paper mounted to board. 490x373mm; 19¼x14¾ inches. Signed and dated in pen, lower right. Some discoloration and spotting to sky area. Exhibited: Graham Gallery, New York; Hull Gallery, Inc., Washington, D.C. (both not dated, but with stamps on backing board.)"Progress is wonderful, and continues to become more wonderful with each passing fiscal year. . . Progress is often the target of cheap sneers by sour yawpers, but even a sour yawper can ascend dark stairs holding a silver candlestick in his hand . . ." (from Superpen).
