Wonderfully folky antique watch hutch. The door opens, and inside there's a hook for hanging your pocket watch, keeping the watch both safe and visible.
The window has a graphic toothed design at the top. The hutch can either stand on a table or hang from the top tab, which has an inverted spade cut-out.
Thick orange / bittersweet paint. Hand planed wood, pegged construction, old nails. There are two nails near the top of the door; not sure why they are there, but they are old nails and appear to be original.
Excellent condition with a bit of stable splitting to the door, just below and above the glass. There are some old worm holes, mostly on the back and some on the bottom. (The holes are tiny and the worms are long gone.)
Measures about 9 1/8" tall (including the tab), 6" wide, 3 3/4" deep.
