Description
A group of Pre-Columbian heads and whorls. Lot includes two large Mayan whorls, c. AD 600 - 800, with beautiful geometric decoration around the sides, a Pre-Classic Mayan head, c. 500 - 100 BC, and a pair of Costa Rica heads from figures or vessels, c. AD 1100 - 1450. Largest 2 ½ in (6.4 cm) in length. Ex Los Angeles private collection.
