A fantastic collection early calicos with a nice New England country feeling.
all hand-stitched and hand quilted in gold-brown thread which can be seen only on the pretty plaid reverse side.
Zoom to see the printed stripes, paisleys +++ There is a spot on the bottom sashing and one square has split stripes which you have to really zero in on to see.
Thin cotton batting, separate binding
Unwashed and seemingly unused, so is crisp with sizing.
A really nice OLD quilt.
