overall intact, original leather showing some creases and surface splits to seat and right chair arm specifically assorted blemishes to surface, including two areas of finish wear to right arm; the seat frame partially detached from right arm (rubber shock mount deteriorated, no structural damage, shock requires replacement); the chair frame in very good overall condition with a few white household paint scuffs to back of headrest and some very light edge wear to seat frame, generally isolated to front most edge; no delamination or large chips to wood; ottoman in excellent structural condition with a few darkened scuffs/scratches to wood and a few various older small chips along upper most edge, the leather showing some moderate creasing and showing gentle loss along creases, no apparent tears, moderate surface soiling
