Description
Paul Dubois (French, 1829–1905); 24 3/4 inch high bronze of Mother and Child known as "La Charité". The bronze is signed by the artist to the back, "P Dubois" and inscribed to side of base, "F. Barbidienne fondeur Paris"; the base with the "Collas Reduction Seal" and stamped number "059." Height 24 3/4 inches (62.86 cm.) X depth 12 1/4 inches (31 cm.) X width 9 inches (22.9 cm.). PROVENANCE: Collection formed in Long Island New York

Good condition and patina in good condition, with light age related wear to extremities.
