Could benefit from a general cleaning of upholstery. All chairs have some wear and tear on wood (handles, backs and legs). One chair has some fraying and loss of upholstery around both armrests. Another chair needs to have proper right armrest re-upholstered, while the other armrest shows fraying and loss of detailing around armrest. Back of the same chair shows scuff marks. Third chair also shows signs of wearing on armrests.
