An Amazonian Feather Mask with Integral Flute Brazil, 20th century A construction of cane and wood, with domestic parrot and macaw feathers attached with beeswax. Two cotton string ties each end. Four cane tubes create a pan pipe or flute held in place by lateral sticks. Six long macaw tail feathers radiate out at crown. Custom metal stand.
