Fine kesi robe with original cut embedding cotton and rabbit fur, decorated with endless " longevity" mark as background and Ruyi cloud, with eight five-claw dragons outside and one inside the robe. Kesi technique is the most popular and sophisticated one among all types of forbidding embroideries. An original cut winter robe with furs is especially rare to see. Condition: Loss of stitches, discolor, holes on fabrics. Robe is buttoned up, interior fabric and linen condition unknown. Qianlong period. Qing Dynasty.
