(Ballantine, 1980) A very rare pre-release poster created to promote the novelization of The Empire Strikes Back. The novel by Donald Glut was released over a month before the film premiered, and contained several scenes that were cut from the final edit of the film. Measuring 24"x14.25", the poster is in good condition with a few faint creases and some surface wear from use. The poster has been professionally linen-backed for its preservation.
