Description
It appears that this medal was won by V. Smith in 1930 at the Swindon, England Eisteddfod, which is a culture festival of Welsh origin. The medal was bestowed by the Swindon Free Church Council. Apparently, the tune which won the medal for V. Smith was a new fiddle tune of the time, Morris, or Morrison's Jig.
