This funny football helmet was supposedly owned by Jerry Lewis, most likely for a promotion of some sort. Alhough we have scoured the internet, we are unable to find a photo of him in said helmet. That said, there is a hand written string tag inside with Jerry Lewis information. It is a hard plastic red helmet with a white stripe and an overlay of sheepskin or shearling. It appears to be custom made, but no maker inside. It appears to be a standard size measuring approx 9 1/2" tall.
