This pretty and unusual birthstone pendant necklace is in very good condition with surface wear to the silver, visible upon magnification. It showcases an open, floating heart charm embellished with 12 rings holding prong-set gemstones, which we believe to be genuine. The top of the heart is accented by a single, sparkly crystal stone. This pendant necklace is hallmarked "925" on the bail; the hang-tag on the silver chain, and on the "c"-ring clasp. The heart pendant is approximately 1” x 1”; and 1 1/2" drop length with bail.
