Vintage Czech Art Deco Glass & Carved Resin Bead Necklace 48" Long. This unique, long beaded rope necklace is in excellent condition. It is comprised of what appears to be ceramic, carved resin and art glass beads, in shades of green, strung on a hand-knotted rope cord. All beads are intact and free of chipping, cracks or damage. The quality of the beads and overall workmanship is similar to pieces by the Neiger Brothers of Czechoslovakia, though we are not certain. As such we believe this necklace dates to the 1930's-40's. It is approximately 48" long and can be worn long or wrapped several times, according to preference. This one of a kind necklace has both Egyptian Revival and Bohemian elements.
