It is tiered with emerald cut blue rhinestones and matching round stones as well as a center clear round stone. 1950's-1960's. 11W 30 St. Inc. is one in the same as Dodd's - the pieces marked 11W 30 St. Inc. seem to be priced much higher than Dodd's with many over $100.00. I am not pricing mine that way. It is a very nice brooch, looks new. See photos. (Lot. Loc. .5 - LD 4/8/18).
