Pictorial corner advertising cover for Jockey Club Whiskey, Geo. W. Chesley, No. 1021 & 1023 Front St., Sacramento. Mailed to JW Howell in Arbuckle, Colusa County, California in 1889. Sacramento cancel over 2 cent green George Washington stamp. Vignette of jockey riding a horse! No contents. Cut open on the left border. According to an 1874 ad in the Sacramento Daily Union, the company were sole agents for Jockey Club Bourbon, William Crowder Bourbon, and Club House Favorite, among others.
