Marilyn Monroe's Faux Pearl 94" Necklace Worn During "Last Sitting" W/Letter of Provenance - This long faux pearl necklace was worn by Marilyn Monroe during her "Final Sitting" photoshoot with legendary fashion photographer Bert Stern commissioned by Vogue Magazine in June, 1962, just six weeks before her unfortunate passing. The necklace comes with a letter of provenance from a gentleman who states that he purchased the piece from Marilyn's hairdresser Kenneth Battelle, who worked on the shoot and kept the piece as a memento of the shoot along with a few other pieces.
