Michael Jackson's Personally Owned Custom Blue Sequin Jacket Given to Security Guard W/Letter of Provenance & 1984 Pepsi Commercial VIP Access Pass - This custom made blue sequin jacket was personally owned by the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. The jacket is completely covered in shiny blue sequins and has an interior label that reads "Michael Jackson". The jacket is also labeled "WCC 2361-1 #2 MICHAEL JACKSON" hand written on the lining near the seam. The jacket will come with a detailed 6-page letter of provenance from a security guard who worked under Michael Jackson's security chief Bill Bray on the 1984 Pepsi commercial with the Jacksons and on other occasions. The letter of provenance details the day of the commercial shoot and the moment when the pyrotechnics malfunctioned catching Michael's hair on fire. The letter states that a couple of months after the shoot, the security team was called to find out who had worked on the commercial that night. They were invited to Jackson's Encino home where they were thanked by Michael for helping him on that night. Michael personally remembered a particular guard who calmed him down that night, and gifted him this jacket for his 11 year old son who was a huge fan. The jacket will come with the letter of provenance along with an original admission ticket for the commercial filming and the security guard's all access and VIP passes mounted on a wooden display.
