Description

Circa 1915 Real Photo Postcard mounted onto photographer's mount board; Depiction of shirtless male bare-knuckle boxer in fight stance. Identification on mount in pencil reads: "My brother Walter Pfistner". Photograph is by Falk Studio of New York City. Paperboard mount is about 7-1/2" x 11". Actual image size is about 3-3/8" x 5-1/2". Condition: partly detached glue on back of card allows image to lift away from mount board enough to confirm it is printed on postcard stock. light surface soiling, occasional dings, scuffs, edge wear, and foxing spots. Please see photos for additional condition review.
