Description
Comprising: a large pewter platter, unmarked, 19th century or earlier; a bell metal pint measure from Henry Finch's pub at Old Holborn Bars, London, with unidentified mark, late 19th or early 20th century; a pair of wood barley twist candlesticks, 20th century; six Chinese game counters, 20th century, two are mother of pearl and fish form, one is mother of pearl, rectangular, and has phoenix, bird, flower, and figure decoration, another is mother of pearl, oval, and has floral and geometric decoration and is monogrammed, and the other two are bone with red paint; a modern metal and glass lantern with bail handle.
Dimensions: The platter is 17 1/2" in diameter, 2 1/2" tall. The measure is 3 1/2" in diameter, 5 1/4" tall. The candlesticks are 5" in diameter, 12" tall. The game counters are from 1 1/8" to 2 3/8" long. The lantern is 10" x 5 3/4", 11 1/2" tall.
Provenance: From a Chester County collection.

Condition
The platter and measure have dings, pitting, scratches, and other expected wear. The other pieces are in good condition with some expected wear including minor losses to the candlesticks, some stains and minor losses to the game counters, minor dings and scratches to the lantern and separation at one corner of the top.
