Description

A George II style armchair with stylized hoof feet, carved and scrolled knees; English 19th century Windsor type armchair that features swelled spindles; American Victorian rocking chair with a caned back.

Dimensions: The George II style chair is 28" arm to arm, 21" deep, seat height of 18 1/2", overall height of 35". The Windsor chair is 21" arm to arm, 16" deep, seat height of 16 1/2", overall height of 28 1/2". The rocking chair is 19" arm to arm, 31" deep, seat height of 16", overall height of 36".

Provenance: From a Main Line collection.

Condition

The Windsor originally had a caned seat which has been replaced with an inset plywood panel. The other two chairs are in good condition with minor expected wear.
