Description
This is a great lot of personal items that belonged to USAF COLONEL Richard M Cooper. A Vietnam fighter pilot who went on to Edwards AFB test pilot missions, and NASA related missions such as ALT AND MORE. Included in this lot is a large Apollo manned lunar landing mission profile poster, NASA research center badge 1977, NASA Ames-Dryden shuttle support badge, lunar module keychain, enterprise and space lab revel model sealed, 2 Kennedy space center binders, a NASA coffee mug, a capsule cuff link, NASA shuttle and pathfinder etc decals, patches for Columbia and challenger missions which both ended in travesty, an unknown cassette tape labeled “memory stress test” 1985, a Rolodex with NASA phone numbers such as the gold room and Ralph Smith, a 10 foot long diagram or map that I believe may be plotting orbital paths? A hand written note mentioning NASA, and more.
