Forrest Gump (1994) Mykelti Williamson's "Bubba Blue" Army Fatigue Jacket & Cap W/COA - These garments were worn by actor Mykelti Williamson as he portrayed the character "Benjamin 'Bubba' Buford Blue" in the iconic 1994 feature film Forrest Gump. This military issue hat and jacket have the character name "Bubba" handwritten on the manufacturer labels. Williamson wore the garments in several scenes, including when Forrest (Tom Hanks) and Bubba join the Army, the two characters develop a strong friendship during boot camp and make future plans to start a shrimp boat business, during deployment in Vietnam and when Bubba dies in napalm bombing sequence. This screen used set was then returned to the costume house insignia room after use in the production, and the garments were acquired after the film wrapped. Both items are in very good screen worn condition and are accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the costume house.
