A GROUP OF TWENTY-NINE AMERICAN STERLING SILVER HOLLOWARE CUTLERY, J.J. FREEMAN, TOLEDO, OHIO, 1900-1930, comprising a set of twelve brunch knives with serrated edge, a set of twelve blunt dinner knives, two blunt serving knives, one small and one large carving fork with steel prongs and finger guards, and a large carving knife with finger guard, each handle with exquisitely engraved smoking censer or handled potpourri urn, the neck with central patera and fluting, most marked "J.J. Freeman & Co.," and "STERLING," with an stamp attributed to "Dominick & Haff," largest knife length: 11 7/8".
Condition
Expected surface wear, minor surface scratches, the forks appear to likely have been bronze patinated, which is now mostly lost, but overall in good to very good condition, wear commensurate with age and use.
