Circa 1830, two part in mahogany with broken arch crest with brass ball & eagle central finial, flanked by ball & spike finials, all atop reeded plinths, with rear corners also with reeded plinths, over two glass doors eith interior having single shelf over three dovetailed drawers with original brass pulls. Lower part of top has two dovetailed drawers with applied beaded edging and original stamped brass rosette & ring handles. Desk section has slide out writing surface supports with hinged writing surface, covered in green felt, over two overhanging dovetailed drawers that match those on base of top, only larger, over two more even larger matching dovetailed drawers, flanked by full turned columns with block capitals and plinths, over four high turned legs, pine secondary wood, all in nice old finish, 39" x 19" x 69" high, slanted writing surface at 35 1/2". Condition: felt is new, else fine.
