SEPT 1942 transit (at bottom); passed JERUSALEM censor J18 & front-stamped 10 DE 1942 JERUSALEM arrival with 3m Postage Paid date-cancel - unusual usage but observed on reply-returned Red Cross correspondence originating from Palestine; received next day per manuscript on back.
