Little Bighorn Survivor Comanche and Custer's Scout Curley, Two Stereoviews by F. Jay Haynes

Lot of 2 stereoviews, each with studio imprint of F. Jay Haynes, Fargo, Dakota Territory, ca 1880s, including photograph of the war horse Comanche at Fort Meade, Dakota Territory, the only survivor of the Custer Massacre, with his caretaker Gustave Korn, Troop I, US Cavalry. As Myles Keogh's mount, Comanche was never ridden again, and lived for 14 years after the battle, costing the government an estimated $50 per month; and view showing Custer's Crow scout Curley leaning against the Custer Monument, Little Bighorn, Montana Territory, while an unknown gentleman stands beside him, holding what appears to be a Winchester.
