This 100% cotton dress was made by Valentino Boutiques.  It is a size 16 but the measurements are as follows: Total Length (from the center of the neck down the back of the dress to the bottom) 43 inches. Shoulders (top shoulder stitching across back to opposite side stitching) 16.5. Chest (armpit to armpit across the front X 2) 37 inches. Waist (across front waist area X 2) 35 inches, Hips (across front hip area X 2) 45 inches. Sleeve Length (top stitching to end of sleeve) 10.5 inches. The dress has buttons halfway down the front and then a 7 inch zippered section.  The bottom is pleated.  There is some staining in the neck area and in the armpits.  This may be able to be cleaned.  There is a tag that reads, dry clean only.
