Description
A Consulat style ormolu and white marble portico clockthe case Deverberie à Paris, possibly circa 1800, the movement Vincent et Cie., late 19th century. The white enamel dial signed "DEVERBERIE A PARIS" surmounted by ormolu sun-in-splendour finial supported by two fruiting oak, laurel, and acanthus stalks; the eight day movement with crutch escapement, the pendulum cut down, the backplate with Vincent et Cie. "Medaille d'Argent 1868" pastille.
