Russia,19th Century
Instituted on May 7th, 1765 by Stanislaus II of Poland, later incorporated into the Russian orders system on January 11th, 1832. Non Christian version eight pointed silver star pin features black enameled Romanov eagle surrounded by ring of white enamel with raised writing translating to "Rewarding Encourages," encased by a ring of green guilloche enamel with four gilded silver laurel branches.

Marked "Keibel" impressed with an eagle, and marked "84" on back,.
