Chinese Qing Dynasty celadon glazed vase. The porcelain shaped into a traditional Meiping form, thick potted, with a narrow base, wide body, bulbous, neck easing to form a flaring opening, with emerge two half moon flanked on the shoulder created sturdy handles. All reserved hand painted ornamentations are rendered masterfully covered in an even coat of a pale celadon glaze which terminates at the base to reveal the pure white underglaze. The main body meticulous finish sgraffito with flowers blooms interspersed with scrolling tendril and foliage, the shoulder festoons with thick point and repeating trashing Lishui wavy, enclosed with single ring line. The upturning lappets and phoenix tail decorated on the foot base. The neck adorned with interlocking wanzi pattern in upturning lappets shape, and the upper mouth rim decorated with interlocking key fret motif. The glaze is seamless and gives off a beautiful luster, with the colors maintaining excellent vibrancy. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous, the shape is uniformly proportioned.

Mark on under base, a six embossed seal script characters reign mark, Qianlong Reign Period of Great Qing Dynasty.
