This lot consists of an acrylic/oil painting on unstretched gessoed canvas, done in the modern, abstract expressionist style of Jackson Pollock (American, 1912-1956). "Jackson Pollock" is hand written at bottom right. Strong, slashing lines of white are juxtaposed by lighter drips of pinkish red and looping yellow lines. Composition is set in front of a blue background. This expressionist drip painting is an excellent example of the talent of modern artist Jackson Pollock. Unframed piece measures approximately 21.5" x 27".
