Description
An Egyptian blue glass inlay of a bird, c. 300 BC - AD 100, likely a swan, with head resting on body, formed from semi-translucent deep blue class with a central wave of lighter blue opaque glass. 5.2 x 3 cm. Ex collection of John J. Slocum, Rhode Island.
