Collection of (20) original color character designs in varying sizes for the 1949 Alice in Wonderland, executed by Bernyce Polifka in gouache, sizes range from 7 x 10 in. to 11 x 17 in. Each one depicts one or more animal characters including the hookah-smoking caterpillar and the Cheshire cat. Very Good to Fine, with occasional margin staining from verso tape, various corner pinholes, etc.
