Real estate brochure, with 2 illustrations from photographs, a map, and a large bird's-eye view. Once folded; overall 31x43.5 cm (12¼x17¼").

Rare real estate brochure, featuring a striking bird's-eye "View of Palo Alto showing Stanford University and College Terrace," by W.H. Bull of San Mateo. The view measures 24x36.5 cm., and takes up one side of the sheet. Half of the other side is devoted to the "Map of College Terrace, Mayfield, Santa Clara Co., California," measuring 15x29 cm. The remaining half has the two photograph, and text promoting the "Choice Lots Cheap" and noting that "After March 1st, 1910, the Electric Cars will pass this Property." No copies are listed in OCLC/WorldCat.

Condition

Some soiling and wear, old folds with clear tape repairs/reinforcements along them, still very good overall.
