Five Silver Card Cases, ca. 1900, including three American sterling examples from Newark, New Jersey, one by the Pryor Mfg. Co., with faux-ruby thumb-push and acid-engraved lion and scroll decoration, monogrammed "FEH", l. 3-1/4", another by Herbst & Wassall, with with faux-emerald push and foliate engraving, monogrammed "JHB", l. 3-1/2", and one by William B. Kerr, curved with open top and acid-engraved foliate decoration, monogrammed "ECP", l. 3-3/8"; together with a Czech .800 silver example touchmarked Prague with textured embossing, floral engraving and gilt interior, l. 3-1/2"; and an Edwardian sterling example hallmarked Chester, 1898-1899, by James C. Jay, curved with hinged lid and foliate engraving, l. 3-1/4"; 7.39 total t. oz.
