Clearly recognizable are Henry Clay, John C. Calhoun, James Buchanan, Stephen Douglas, John Bell, Martin Van Buren, Millard Fillmore, John C. Frémont, Lewis Cass, John Tyler, and 1852 Whig presidential candidate Winfield Scott, among others. With its rich coloration, this is one of the most affecting such prints we have seen.
