Description

Antique Raleigh 26" bicycle c. 1910 - 1920 marked "Tourist" on frame. Original to the bike are the rubber tires and black-painted frame with red pinstriping detail. Attached to the bike are its original lock, bell and tool kit. An enamel bicycle license plate from Brookline, MA is attached to the rear fender. A rare find in this condition! Provenence: From the Darien, CT private estate of the now deceased owner; he was the original and only owner.

Condition

Condition is good overall considering age. Brakes work, bell works, tires inflate and tool kit contains all wrenches. Paint and chrome finishes are original; there has been no obvious restoration.
