A rare early Heliotype print (early process of creating prints from photographs) after the photograph by famous photographer William Henry Jackson for the Union Pacific Overland Route, image of GREEN RIVER BUTTE as lettered below the image along with 'The Overland Route' shield logos in the lower left and right corners, an engraved silver plated brass plaque lower center of the frame reads GREEN RIVER BUTTE with The Overland Route logo. William Henry Jackson photographs of Green River Butte and Bridge were also mounted as stereograph images for the Union Pacific Railroad. This very rare depot print is printed after those same images.
Measures 25.5 x 29.5 inches overall.
