LAMBERT, SERIANG, BELGIUM, CIRCA 1930-1950, the bell form bowl cut with radiating rosettes between fields of diamonds and radiating stars topped by a fan, raised on notch edged faceted baluster stem with petal form foot. Height: 8 3/8" Diameter: 3 1/2"
