An antique Italian Florentine giltwood desk and chair set. The desk features a tiered top with three drawers to the lower tier and two to the middle tier. It rests on four tapered legs. The chair features a fiddle back. It rests on two cabriole legs in the front and two straight legs in the back. Both the desk and the chair feature decorative foliate engravings throughout. They are unmarked.
