Each with partial "Germany" mark. First quarter 20th century. 2 3/4" and 5 1/4" HOA.
Each with expected wear and other imperfections including some paint flakes and light discoloration; bobble-head with hairlines, some cracks, repair to chin, and worn spots to face; cat with a restoration to one ear and repair to tail, probably reattached to box.
