IN THE MANNER OF VIARDOT, LAST QUARTER 19TH CENTURY
The carved giltwood dragon crest over a partial padded and pierce carved back rest with mother-of-pearl inlay; red moire silk upholstery, on a curule form base.
Height 39 1/2 inches.
Property from the Collection of M. Anthony Greene, Atlanta, Georgia

Condition

The wood has been refinished; the gilding appears to be original. The chair is very structurally sound with no damage or repairs.
