European setting, lady of manor house entertains two men, period scene.
20th century decorative artwork, nicely framed with faux parcel gild antiqued molding, appropriate with the look of this art.The lady of the house being toasted by two men. The dress style appears to be mid to late 1600's, Holland, France, possibly Spain. The room is quite lavish with furniture, painting, chairs, paneling, large plate glass window.and pewter or silver drinking vessels. A table is draped with a costly elaborate colorful woven rug, the notable female is seating in an upholstered chair, dressed finely and her hair is adored with ribbons. The men have air of some importance by their exaggerated lace collars, coats, hats and finery. They are smiling at their hostess. 

Artist: Unknown, reseraching. The artist's signature is not easy to read. And no bill of sale I can read matches it.
