Vintage 1960s Wind-Up Charlie Chaplin Toy by Roman Juguetes. Roman is a toy company in Spain. In Spanish this says on the box: El Alegre Vagabundo con Resorte (the cheerful tramp; spring loaded), but the character is Charlie Chaplin's Tramp.
This plastic wind-up, comes with the original box and key. The toy has wear on it and some spotting; works fine. Gently wind it and he moves forward, slightly in a circle, his hat moves up and down, and he twirls his cane. The box has some dents, bends and small tears at the top edges. Approximately 6 1/2" high
