Louis XV-Style Giltwood Mirror

first quarter 20th century, the serpentine crest set with a scrollwork finial flanked with sprays of flowers, the molded frame with molded flowers and scrollwork at the base.

In overall very good condition. The mirror frame exhibits what appears to be largely old or original gilt with rubbing and wear, and some areas of scattered inpainting/regilding. The mirror plate is crisp and sharp. There is a tip to a leaf/scroll at a lower corner that has been reglued and is now slightly loose and misaligned.
