Circa 1876, Wedgwood (English, founded 1759); blue/brown mottled glazed stoneware body; the naturalistic silver plate mounts, James Dixon & Sons (British, 1835-1920). Maker's marks to the lid and underside. Approx. h. 9.25". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Anital, Riverdale, New York.

Visible oxidation to the silver plated strapping; crazing and crack to the underside.
