A nineteenth century hand-carved White Cinnabar table lamp of baluster form, topped with a cream shade and pierced gold finial, the body fitted between a wood neck cap and a stepped footed base. The body is covered all over in high relief flowers and scrolling floral motifs, and frets, with cartouches of landscapes and blooming floral imagery, all set against a ground of incised geometric pattern. Measures: 31 x 16 ¼ inches.
