This artwork features printed poster imagery that is hand-trimmed and applied on art board, and includes a vellum sheet hinged over the artwork that has Pantone color codes and samples for the "Jaws" logo text near the top. The artwork is labeled "F.P.O or "For Placement Only". "F.P.O." development artwork such as this allows the design team to continue working on the project using non-finalized artwork while aspects of the final artwork are still being completed. This artwork provides a rare glimpse into the creation of promotional materials for this iconic film, and was created on a 30"x20" art board. The condition is fair to good with wear from developmental use. There is a bent bottom-left corner, some tears to vellum sheet, and some areas of discoloration to the board from use.
