Item Details

Description

A Charles X Carved Alabaster Mantel Clock circa 1830 with an eight-day movement, striking on a bell. Height 13 3/4 x width 7 3/4 x depth 4 1/2 inches.

Condition

Case in decent, stable condition. Appears complete but two back feet are currently detached. Top back corner has a fairly large chip. Smaller, minor scattered chips. Works appear mostly complete, having silk suspension. With pendulum and bell, no key. Unsure if clock runs. Additional images available upon request.
